What I appreciate most is being able to sit down and not worry about the outcome. That level of trust only comes from experience and skill. If you’re booking at Nero, I’d definitely recommend Erin. Also, credit to Nick, the owner. He doesn’t cut my hair, but he always makes a point to say hello and make you feel welcome when you walk in. Nero’s is the place to go in downtown Toronto if you’re looking for a good cut! Staff is ultra friendly and the services they offer are excellent. They offer shampoo, hot towel service, hand wax, and hand, kneck, and arm massage. It was a wonderful experience, so soothing and relaxing. If I am ever in Toronto again I will be going to Nero’s! Come see Jenny and have a great cut experience!
